From Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Tracy Letts comes his new play, Superior Donuts, premiering this February. Former draft dodger Arthur P. runs a decrepit donut shop in an uptown neighborhood in Chicago. When Franco Wicks, an idealistic African-American teenager, comes to work for him, Arthur is skeptical of his ideas to improve the business. But over time, the two form an unlikely bond as this deliciously funny and thought-provoking work explores the challenges of embracing the past and the redemptive power of friendship.
