Broadway Battles - Generation Z Edition!

Airing originally on 2/28/2021, this special edition of Broadway Battles looks to our youth as three vibrant Generation Z members grapple with each other to determine who is the ultimate youth champion! Kalamazoo natives Rosie Coryell, Jason Koch, and Trinity Posey will tackle burning questions like:

- what is the best under 18 role in musical theater?

-what musical will define their generation?

Lights, Camera, Musical! Episode 1.4 – Dreamgirls

Step to the Bad Side as Rob Weiner hosted another fun episode of Lights, Camera, Musical! We took a deep dive into the 2006 Oscar-Winner, DREAMGIRLS. Rob welcomed in special guests Marissa Harrington & Este'Fan Kizer and they discussed this high-energy stage to screen adaptation of the rise and fall of Effie, Deena, Curtis, Jimmy and all the rest. They answered some hard hitting questions like, "Was Eddie Murphy robbed of an Oscar?" "Why are John Lithgow and John Krasinski in one 2 minute scene?" and they debated Jennifers: Hudson vs. Holliday! This episode aired on Sunday, Feb. 21st at 8pm. Check it out!
