Parking and Directions
Farmers Alley Theatre is located on Farmers Alley in downtown Kalamazoo. Our address is 221 Farmers Alley.

There are plenty of parking options near Farmers Alley Theatre. For ease, we recommend parking in either of the ramps (Epic Center Ramp or the Kalamazoo Mall Ramp)-- the first 90 minutes are free! But please be advised that we do not validate parking.

There is also paid parking on the street that lasts 3 hours. The first 30 minutes are free. Street parking is free after 5pm.

There are limited handicap parking spaces on Farmers Alley so please plan accordingly. If you are able, please leave the street parking for handicapped patrons.

Accessibility
Farmers Alley Theatre is proudly wheelchair accessible! There are no stairs to access the theatre’s front row and we can even pull a chair out for you if you would like to remain in your wheelchair. Please be advised that the second through fifth row do require a few stairs. We recommend getting your seats as soon as possible to guarantee front row seating.

Every production will have one ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreted performance. Please visit that specific show page for more information on dates or visit our ticketing link in the top right corner of this page!
Policies
Cancellations: Farmers Alley Theatre does not offer refunds on tickets purchased. We understand though that life sometimes gets in the way, so we do exchange tickets up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance. If you can’t move your tickets, we can also put a credit on your account that expires at the end of that season. For Flex Pass holders, we canput your tickets back on your Flex Pass to use towards a different show.

Latecomers: Latecomer seating is at the discretion of our front of house staff. Please consult with our front of house staff in the lobby before entering the performance space. We always try to start our shows as close to the listed start time as possible.

Electronic Devices: Please turn off all electronic devices before the show begins. Filming and pictures of the performances is strictly prohibited.
Theatre Amenities
There are a wide variety of concessions available in the theatre lobby, from candy, to water and specialty drinks! Beverages must be in a sealed container if they are being taken intot he theatre.

We also have merchandise available– stickers, signed posters, and cups!

Lost and found: Please check with our front of house staff at the end of the show or call our box office if you believe that you have left something at the theatre.
